Dear Sir / Madam,

Home Tutors World provides home tutors to users seeking tutoring services (students) and home tuition jobs to users seeking to provide tutoring services (tutors) for All Subject / All Classes / Language Classes /IIT / PMT / NEET / Hobby Classes / Competitive Exams in Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad and Ghaziabad (NCR). ). We also provide services for Home Work help and Online/ Live Tuitions (one-to-one or group).

We provide you home tuition according to your subject and location.

Kindly read the terms and conditions of “HomeTutorsWorld” to avoid misunderstanding or an unpleasant scenario, at any stage. We sincerely believe that you must go through it thoroughly, understand and clarify the doubts, before registering with us.


Terms and Conditions For Tutors

1. For long-term classes, our service charge will be 40% of the tuition fee in the first month, and from the second onwards, it will be 8% of the tuition fee ( From each home tuition ).

2. For short-term/crash courses we charge 25% of the total payment.

3. Registration charge is Rs 300 only and valid for 1 year from the date when you assign for your first tuition.

4. For online/live tuitions, our service charge will be 50% of the tuition fee in the first month and from the second month onwards, it will be 15% of the tuition fee ( From each online/live tuition).

5. We try to provide an opportunity for tuition as soon as possible according to your matching criteria. We take maximum time duration to provide tuition is 1 month from the date of registration confirmation, If we Failure to provide an opportunity for tuition due to any reasons, then you can get your registration fee it depends on you.

6. Registration fee will not be refundable if you get an opportunity for tuition because we only provide you an opportunity. Confirmation of tuition is your duty.

7. Advance Fee will be collected by Home Tutors World from parents after 3 classes in the first month and from the second month onwards 1st or 2 and day of the month (each month).

8. You can collect your fee from us after the completion of the month/course/session within a week.

9. We will transfer your fee into your bank account or Google pay or Paytm or Phone pay.

10. As your active partner, we handle all the marketing and billing for students so you can focus on teaching.

11. Submit your ID proof (photocopy) to each new client.

12. If parent demands to check I D proof, address proof, and educational qualification from you then please support them to verify your details.

13. You know and agree that the relationship between Home Tutors World and you will not be considered as an employer and employee relation and accepts full responsibility for all Income Tax and other liabilities payable concerning any fee generated from a tuition contract.

14. Please provide a valid mobile number and personal email id at the time of registration. We want our users to interact with genuine persons with valid contact details, fake profiles lead to cancellation of registration without any notice.

15. If you change your phone number, email id, location, teaching type, etc, you need to update your profile, so our users use our services hassle-free and get a better experience.

16. If you want to deactivate your profile from our site, feel free to call us. If you want to associate with us, you need to follow our terms and guidelines which is better for all of us (HomeTutorsWorld, Tutors, and Students).

17. You will be aware that the final decision to select a particular student for tuition is yours and yours alone.

18. We advised you that you will teach the student if at least one parent is present in the house.

19. We will not be responsible for any inconvenience and miss happening. If you found inconvenience/discomfort then feel free to leave that tuition and inform us.

20. After trial class if you are hired from our client after some gap of day/week/month then you have to inform us to proceed according to our instruction and update tuition information otherwise we will not be responsible for any inconvenience.

21. You understand that all information provided is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed and should be independently verified.

22. You understand that if you agreed to take an assignment, you have to complete it. In unavoidable circumstances, you have to give minimum 5 days notice period.

23. Tutor must inform HomeTutorsWorld 5 days before leaving the tuition. If not 40% fee is deducted as a fine.

24. You have to arrange a demo class within 24 hours of receiving details of Tuition. If this does not happen due to any reason, you have to inform us immediately.

25. In case of any fraud by you with any client or us then we are free to take legal action against you.

Note:-1.Under 1-month classes/tuition considered as short term classes and above 1-month classes/tuition considered as long term classes. (Short term and long term classes considered according to demand of parents/students) if their demand to conduct classes for a maximum of 1 month then it is considered as short term & if their demand to conduct classes for more than 1 month then it is
considered as long term. It is applicable on home tuitions only, not on other services.

2. Our mentioned service charges for home tuitions and online/live tuitions (one to one).

3. If Classes are discontinued from your side or parents/students’ side (due to your teaching-related issue) in a month then it will be not considered as short term.

4. Home Tutors World has full authority to change any information and can update terms and conditions from time to time, without any prior notification and all users/members will accept it.

Tutor Registration can be canceled without notification on the following basis:-

1. Any misconduct to the client or us.
2. Absentee for a long duration without information.
3. Diverting from the above rule.
4. If not regular/punctual to the classes.
5. Consecutive Failure of 2 assignments for any reason. 3rd chance may be considered in specific circumstances.
